Every rule that governs the chai money: who gets it, what it funds, what it can never buy, and what happens on the Supporter Wall.
The short version
What a support payment is
This website is designed, developed, and maintained by one independent developer. The Support the Developer page lets visitors who find the project useful make a voluntary payment toward the cost of running it. Supporting is completely optional: every page, article, and feature remains freely accessible whether or not you ever pay a rupee.
Who receives the money
All support payments are received personally by csourabh2355@gmail.com, independent website developer. Payments are not collected on behalf of any registered political party, election campaign, charitable trust, NGO, company, or other organisation — because none is involved. Your UPI app or PayPal will show the registered account holder before you confirm any payment; please verify it.

What it is not — and what it does not buy
Support payments are not political donations, election contributions, charitable donations, NGO funding, or membership fees. Supporting the developer is a thank-you, not a purchase. Your voluntary support does not provide:
- Party membership
- Voting rights
- Political influence
- Editorial control
- Advertising or sponsorship
- Ownership
- Special privileges
Editorial decisions on this website cannot be bought, at any amount. Businesses cannot use support payments as advertising or sponsorship.
Payment channels and security
- Payments run through your own UPI app (India) or PayPal (international). This website never handles the money flow itself.
- No card numbers, bank credentials, or payment credentials are collected or stored on this website.
- The only payment detail we ever ask for is the payment reference (UPI UTR or PayPal transaction ID) — voluntarily, and only if you want a Supporter Wall entry — so the payment can be verified against the statement.
The Supporter Wall
- Opt-in only. Paying does not put you on the wall. You appear only if you submit the wall form yourself.
- Explicit consent. The form requires you to tick a consent box agreeing that your chosen display name and note will be publicly displayed.
- Moderated. Entries are verified against the payment statement and reviewed before publishing. Abusive or unlawful notes are rejected.
- Removable. Email contact@e20jantaparty.org.in with your wall name and payment reference and your entry will be taken down.
Tax and GST
Voluntary support payments are not eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G or any similar provision. No GST invoice is issued for voluntary support payments. If you need a formal receipt trail, your UPI app or PayPal receipt is the record of the transaction.
Refunds
Mistaken, duplicate, and unauthorised payments are handled under the Refund Policy — in short: write within 7 days with the payment reference.
Changes
If payment channels or this policy change, this page’s Last updated date changes with it, and material changes are flagged on the support page itself.
