What you can do with this site, what we do not promise, and what happens if you screenshot the manifesto. Read once. Apply with judgement.
The short version
Read what we publish. Send it to people. Quote it accurately. Do not pretend you wrote it. Do not claim we endorsed you. Remember: this is an independent satirical commentary website, not the official E20 Janta Party. The rest is paperwork.
What this site is
The E20 Janta Party website at e20jantaparty.org.in (E20JP): Independent satirical commentary website — satire and civic commentary only; not the official E20 Janta Party and not affiliated with the movement or the accounts operating its X and Instagram presence. It is not operated by the movement or anyone running its social accounts, and is not registered with the Election Commission of India.
The site combines (a) commentary on the movement's stated demands and (b) satirical writing about Indian political life. The demands are reproduced as commentary; the voice is sharp. Both are protected speech where the law allows. A separate Disclaimer explains which parts of the site are which. Full legal detail is on Legal & Transparency, including Indian law compliance.

Your licence to use the content
- Read it. Free, unrestricted, no signup.
- Share it.Send links, take screenshots, quote whole paragraphs. Crediting “E20 Janta Party” is appreciated; under fair use it is not required for commentary.
- Republish it. Articles may be republished in full provided you (i) credit the party and link back to the original URL, (ii) do not modify the text in a way that changes the meaning, and (iii) do not sell access to it.
- Translate it. Translations are welcome. Email a copy and we will list it on the site.
What you cannot do
- Pass the content off as your own original writing.
- Use the party logo, name, or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement of a product, candidate, or organisation that we have not endorsed.
- Scrape the site at industrial volume — request rate limits exist for a reason.
- Use the site or its content for purposes that are unlawful, defamatory of private individuals, or that would put any contributor at legal risk.
Membership, chat, and conduct
You can create a free community account on this website and use member features — friends, direct messages, and groups — by signing in with Google. This is not membership of the E20 Janta Party movement. You are responsible for what you post, publicly or privately. Keep it within the law and within basic decency:
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting of private individuals.
- No spam, scams, malware, or links you would not open yourself.
- No illegal content, and nothing that puts another member or the party at legal risk.
- No impersonating this website, its operator, the movement, or other members.
We moderate. To keep members safe and to enforce these standards, administrators may review and moderate messages — including private direct messages and group chats — and may hide messages, remove content, or restrict or remove a member, at our discretion. Moderation actions are recorded in an internal audit log. How we handle the data involved is set out in our Privacy Policy. Access to member features is provided at will and may be suspended without notice for conduct that breaks these terms.
Intellectual property
- Text content. Released under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 unless explicitly noted otherwise on a specific page.
- Logo and party emblem. All rights reserved. Permitted in editorial and journalistic contexts; not for commercial reuse without written permission.
- Photographs and posters. Each carries its own credit. Where uncredited, please contact us before reuse.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We make no promise that it is free of errors, that it will be available at any particular moment, or that any specific claim within an essay reflects current factual reality at the time you read it. Political reality, like fuel prices, moves.
Limitation of liability
This website is an independent satirical commentary website operated by a single developer. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or its content is limited to the amount you paid us for optional website support in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any). We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where the law allows — including loss of profit, goodwill, or data — except where such exclusion is not permitted (including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for paid support that was misrepresented).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed first through correspondence at contact@e20jantaparty.org.in — and only in the unlikely event of an unresolved disagreement, through the appropriate courts at Delhi.
